Is delivery included in the price, and how does it get delivered?

All of our items here at Perth Pool Professionals include FREE delivery. Products are delivered personally by our staff. Installation is also an option as well, so feel free to Contact Us for a quote.

How do I know which size pump I need for my pool?

Advice is free, Contact Us and we can help you choose. A common misconception with pool pumps is that its all about matching it to your pool size. Whilst this is true to a certain extend, the main thing you need to consider is matching the pumps power to your filtration. Cartridge Filters and Sand Filters all have specific flow rates in which they can handle, so there is no point in buying a 500L/min pump if your filter only handles 300L/min.

What size filter should I purchase for my pool?

It is important to match your filter to the size of your pump. Filters have flow rates that need to be considered, meaning they will only handle a certain amount of litres per minute. Be sure to check the size of your pump before proceeding with your new filter, alternatively you can Contact Us and we will gladly help you find the right match.

What happens if my product has issues while its still under warranty? Where do I take it?

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your product whilst still in its warranty period, we can take care of it for you. All products do come with warranty papers if you wanted to get in touch with the manufacturer direct, otherwise a simple phone call to us and we can troubleshoot, take a look at the product, and send your warranty claim away for you.
